Kính gửi Quý Phụ huynh, Học sinh, Quý Đối tác và toàn thể nhân viên đang công tác tại Hệ thống Trường Quốc tế Canada,

 

Vừa qua, trên một số nền tảng và diễn đàn mạng xã hội (Facebook, Instagram, Google...) xuất hiện loạt thông tin, bình luận tiêu cực về Trường Mầm non Canada - Việt Nam (CVK) thuộc Hệ thống Trường Quốc tế Canada - Việt Nam (CISS). Thậm chí, có cá nhân đã đưa một số giấy tờ giả mạo liên quan đến CVK. Sau khi kiểm tra một cách cẩn trọng, chúng tôi có đủ cơ sở khẳng định rằng những thông tin, bình luận nói trên là hoàn toàn bịa đặt, có tính chất ác ý, có chủ đích nhằm hạ uy tín và phá hoại hoạt động bình thường của CVK. Đây là hành vi có dấu hiệu vu khống, làm giả giấy tờ của cơ quan, tổ chức và các hành vi vi phạm pháp luật khác.

 

Chúng tôi yêu cầu các cá nhân và tổ chức đưa thông tin (bao gồm chủ tài khoản diễn đàn, cá nhân đưa thông tin…) phải chấm dứt ngay lập tức các hành vi trái pháp luật nói trên.

Hiện nay, chúng tôi đang liên hệ, làm việc với các cơ quan chức năng để xử lý các hành vi có dấu hiệu vi phạm pháp luật nói trên, đồng thời tiến hành các biện pháp cần thiết nhằm bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của CVK theo quy định của pháp luật. Trong đó, lợi ích cao nhất là đảm bảo một môi trường giáo dục an toàn, chất lượng cho các học sinh.

Trên đây là một số thông tin chúng tôi muốn chia sẻ đến Quý Phụ huynh, Học sinh, Quý Đối tác và toàn thể nhân viên thuộc hệ thống trường Quốc Tế Canada.

Dear Parents, Students, Partners, and all staff of the Canadian International School System,

 

Recently, a series of false information and negative comments about Canada-Vietnam Kindergarten (CVK), a part of the Canadian International School System (CISS), have appeared on various social media platforms and forums (Facebook, Instagram, Google...). Some individuals even presented counterfeit documents related to CVK. After a careful examination, we have sufficient grounds to affirm that the information and comments mentioned above are entirely fabricated, malicious in nature, and intended to undermine credibility and disrupt the normal operations of CVK. This constitutes behavior with signs of defamation, forgery of documents from authorities, organizations, and other illegal activities.

 

We urge individuals and organizations to immediately cease any unlawful actions, including disseminating false information (including forum account owners and individuals sharing information...). Currently, we are in contact and collaborating with relevant authorities to address these violations of the law. Simultaneously, we are taking necessary measures to protect the legal rights and interests of CVK as mandated by legal regulations. Our highest priority is ensuring a safe and educational environment for our students.
