Today, EQuest Education Group (“EQuest”) and Khoi Nguyen Education Group (“KNE”) signing the strategic cooperation agreement, in which, EQuest will become the key shareholder and join the Board of Directors of KNE. The “hand-shaking” cooperation between the two educational groups is sponsored by KKR, one of the largest investment funds in the world with the total asset value of USD 496 billion as of September 30, 2022.
EQuest and KNE will share both financial resources, best management practices, exchange teaching resources, technology platforms, and development experiences from the top schools in the two systems. Furthermore, students of the two systems have more opportunities to access and experience world-class training programs.
At the announcement ceremony this afternoon, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Oanh, Co-Founder and General Director of KNE Group stated: “This is a very important turning point for KNE after a 12-year journey since it was founded in 2010, as it opens up an opportunity for KNE system to grow stronger intensively and extensively in Vietnam education industry in the future. The cooperation in education will focus on the highest goal of adding new values to bring more benefits to students. The strong development of EQuest system, especially with the investment of the KKR fund from June 2021 is also an important point which strongly convinces us.”
